On behalf of Jasper Freeride and the Organizing Committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to attend our Club Competition in Jasper on January 14th to 16th, 2022.

Please see the enclosed information regarding registration, lift tickets, banquet, as well as a provisional event schedule. Registration is on a first come first serve basis so please sign up soon to ensure your spot.

We will be only taking 110 athletes for this event.

Deadline to register is December 27, 2021.

We also recommend that you book accommodations ASAP (see discounted rates at the end of invitation). Coaches can check in at our event office at the lower chalet in the Caribou Lounge to complete your registration.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Please book your rooms as soon as possible to avoid disappointment! Note – rates do not include tax, tourism fees, or additional room request fees. Any rooms not picked up will be released back to the hotel to sell.

Marmot Lodge – 15 standard rooms with 2 double beds at a rate of $95.20 per night. Use the code “jasper free ride” for booking. The expectation is for three nights, January 13, 14 and 15.

For all hotels, we must be on our best behaviour. Each hotel has severe penalties for disturbances and loud gatherings, which may result in the eviction of the entire booking from either hotel.
